Changing Phone Numbers

Planning to change the phone number linked to your Kangaroo App? No worries! It's as easy as 1-2-3!

Just follow the steps below to successfully change your phone number in-App:
1. Open the Kangaroo App.
2. Go to Settings on the upper-right hand corner that looks like a cog wheel
3. Click on "My Account"
4. Click on "Sign out"
5. Sign back in using the new phone number you would like to link to your account.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions until you get to the same interface when you were using the old phone number.

NOTE: You will need to pair back all the devices linked to your old phone number. If there is a plan attached to your old phone number, feel-free to reach out our helpful GuRoos for a plan transfer (if eligible).
