Professional Monitoring means that we have a US-based UL-certified Central Station (or Monitoring Center), which is a call center full of highly-trained agents who will dispatch the appropriate authorities based on the alarm signal that we send to them.
Professional Monitoring service offers extra peace of mind: If you do not respond to the alert on your mobile device after a set length of time, a professional monitor will try to contact you. If they are unsuccessful they will request emergency dispatch on your behalf.
Professional Monitoring App Settings
If you are a Complete Protect Plan user, you have access to Professional Monitoring and can turn it on / off directly from the app.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner of your Kangaroo Security app
- Scroll down and tap "Professional Monitoring"
- Toggle Professional Monitoring on or off.

I got charged for two plans I got charged or the $23 plan twice I just need to be reimbursed for one because I already paid for a year and you charged me again
