Are you not getting any notifications that your Indoor + Outdoor Camera has detected motions? Did you try testing the camera and did motions in front of it but still no motions were detected?
Here are some helpful tips to help resolve the issue:
Step 1. Make sure the Indoor + Outdoor (IO) Camera is connected to arming mode.
Open the Kangaroo App, click on the name of your IO Camera and scroll down to “Link to Security”. Make sure it is toggled to “ON”. Also, to avoid having the camera turned off, please select “Camera on” for when the home is disarmed, armed and when the doors+windows are armed. This can be located under the "Link to Security" settings of your Indoor + Outdoor Camera.
Step 2. Monitor that your system / home is armed.
After linking the IO Camera to security mode, go back to the landing page when you open the Kangaroo App and press on the lock icon that arms your entire home.
Step 3. Test for motions
After all the above steps are done, try to wave or move in front of your IO Camera and test for detected motions.
**NOTE: If you are on Basic Plan, there is a cool-down time period for 5 minutes – which means that it is every after 5 minutes that the IO Camera will detect motions. However, should you be under Camera or Complete Protect Plan, there will be no cool-down time for motions detected.
