Change homeowner access

My ex moved out and he had Made himself the account access, but he moved out and he still is able to watch the cameras and listen to audio and it's not ok. Your question forum offers ZERO explanation on how to factory reset kangaroo system and stop letting someone who no longer lives in my house have access to my privacy and cameras and be able to control them as well. That's not safe and I personally think for the inconvenience this is caused me I would appreciate the help of resetting the system and being compensated with a year of complete plan protection coverage. I am speaking for my girlfriend as she has also inquired about the topic and has received no response or direction.
